Rentals are valid for an entire day (8:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m.) and include use of the entire facility and its surrounding grounds (except for the swimming pool). The clubhouse manager will reply to all requests via email to confirm rental date availability and to provide instructions on where to mail or deliver signed rental contracts/payments. (Do not mail or drop off rental contracts/payments at Lawrence Community Management Group.) The signed rental contract, rental fee payment, and security deposit must be submitted to the clubhouse manager at the address provided via email in order to secure a reservation date. Payments must be made by check or money order. Cash will not be accepted. When submitting checks or money orders, be sure to submit two separate checks: one for the rental fee payment and the other for the security deposit. The check for the rental fee will be immediately processed for payment in order to secure the reservation and the security deposit will be held until the rental date, pending the results of a walk-through inspection at the end of the rental period.
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the rental date result in a full refund of the rental fee payment and a return of the security deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days prior to the rental date result in NO REFUND of the rental fee payment and the security deposit will be returned.

Gambling activities are strictly forbidden except for non-profit organizations providing proper tax exempt documentation. Chairs, tables, a refrigerator, Smart TV with an antenna, microwave, warming oven, dishwasher, bathroom supplies, cleaning supplies, a vacuum, garbage cans, and dumpster are provided. Please provide your own garbage can liners, (55-gallon bags work best). The facility is equipped with six 5-foot round tables, three 8-foot rectangular tables, five 6-foot rectangular tables, one 5-foot rectangular table, 98 folding chairs, and 6 leather nonfolding chairs. There is no WIFI; however, a self-provided mobile hot spot will enable use of the Smart TV (note: instructions for the Smart TV are posted on the wall next to the remote).
The clubhouse is required to be cleaned in accordance with the cleaning contract.
